I am Ganapathy Iyer. I am originally from India and now live in New Zealand.
I have over 15 years of experience in conceptualising, structuring and delivering technology enabled transformation projects across the globe. More than half of those years were with KPMG.
I love helping organisations be effective with projects. I truly believe in the power of projects to transform people and organisations. And I believe projects need to be full of joy if they are to be effective.
I have worked with some of New Zealand’s leading organisations across corporate and government, helping them nurture great project teams and deliver outcomes. I have also worked with clients across Asia, Africa and Europe. I am told I bring a great sense of purpose and belonging to project teams. I am also told I have a great sense of humour.
The organisations I work with, look back in amazement on how we could achieve some really complex project outcomes, that seemed impossible when we started.
To be honest, I have built these over years of doing the hard yards and learning. And refining my jokes!
I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®).
I am an avid cricket fan, a Bollywood music lover and a proud family man.
