Illusion of a decision made but a mountain to move!
I recently bought an item with a sticker saying they will donate $1 from every item to a charity. Very worthy cause.Few days on - A closer look at the sticker and it says - Text the last 4 digits of the item barcode to a number for them to make the donation.
Do you see the challenge?
Even if it is not a proverbial mountain, it comes with friction and can very easily be missed by a lot of people. Even after they make the decision to support.
It's the same with projects. We make decisions, but the next step from that decision is often, not the easiest possible one and a downward spiral begins.
Making decisions is great, making it easier to implement is better.
Any ideas to help with implementing decisions better?
